First of all, we are sorry to hear that you want to return your order.

If your order is not exactly as expected, this is of course possible.

In that case, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your order.

You can do this via the contact form. Always include your order number.

After we have received your return order, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

The order must be returned in the original packaging, including jewelry pouch/box etc. and must not have been worn.

Personalized and custom-made jewelry cannot be returned!

Return shipping costs are for the buyer and are at your own risk.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order.

In that case, you will have to return your order and order again.
